It is impossible to speak about Black Périgord without evoking its legendary gastronomy. Since time immemorial, Périgourdins favour a gourmand, authentic and generous gastronomy which will not fail to seduce you; the wealth of dishes is abundant and the delicacy of flavours surprising.
Our restaurant perpetuates this regional gastronomy made of delicious dishes prepared with the noble products of the country: goose and duck foies gras, confits, duck breasts, ceps, truffles, cabécou, walnuts, strawberries without forgetting the 13 regions of Bergerac and nearby Quercy wines to accompany all this marvellously! If the Chef’s cooking is respectful of the terroir products and Périgord tradition, it does not prevent him from adding his personal touch of modernity.
You can savour the whole House Duck Foie Gras and the Chef specialities and to conclude, allow yourself to be seduced by the wide range of home-made desserts some made with walnuts from the garden… In one of the Restaurant rooms, or even in the summer months, on the magnificent terrace shaded by the bicentenary lime tree.
